Ethically Made
Our silk dresses are made from 100% pure silk which have been handspun and woven by artisan weavers in the village of Islampur, Bengal using traditional methods. Our hand weaved silk dresses may have small bumps, nits, and knots (known as slubs) – these are a natural characteristic of handwoven silk and not a fabric fault.
