Placing an Order
Customers will be emailed an order confirmation at point of order detailed the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us, please email us: email@example.com
Orders are considered accepted and completed once dispatched. All orders (apart from made to order) placed may be cancelled or changed up to the point in time that the order has not been dispatched. Poppy Jewellery will not accept cancellations or changes once an order has been dispatched.
Poppy Jewellery reserves the right to refuse to accept your order if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation, face shipping restrictions, items are out of stock, or otherwise at our discretion.
We do not have to accept your order, and in particular, we will not accept your order if:
- we do not have the goods in stock/the goods in stock appear to be damaged
- your payment is not authorised
- there is an error on our Website regarding the price or other details of the goods
- you have cancelled your order in accordance with the returns instructions below
- We will be in contact with you as soon as practicable (by email or by phone) in each of the above circumstances to discuss your options. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling.
While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are currently available at the price shown on the website, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If goods you have ordered online are unavailable at the price or conditions shown, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If a pricing error is made on our website or in the ordering process we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of buying the goods at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we cannot get in contact with you to notify you of the error, your order will be cancelled. In those circumstances, no payment will be taken from you or, if applicable, any payment taken in advance will be refunded.
We reserve the right to change prices on the website at any time.
You are entitled to return your cancel and return your order for a refund or an exchange within 7 days – as long as they have not been worn or damaged, and they are returned to us within 7 working days of receipt, and with the original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will not exchange or refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show signs of abuse. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.Please note that due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or order refunds on earrings.
poppyjewellery.com gift vouchers can be redeemed only through poppyjewellery.com. They must be redeemed within one year of the date of dispatch by us and will expire after such date. When redeeming a gift voucher, the unique code stated on it will need to be entered at the checkout.

Made to Order/Special Commissions – As these pieces are handmade to order we do not accept returns on these unless they are faulty.

When returning items we recommend all returns are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Refund amounts will be issued via PayPal using the same details used when placing your original order.
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our online payment service provider Paypal or Stripe, please follow our easy steps during checkout.
Your shopping through this site is secure as all payment transactions take place on an external Paypal secure server. When you go to the checkout and pay for your order, the address of the Payment page will begin with https://. This means that it is on a secure server and all transactions that take place are encrypted between your browser and the server.
We use Paypal and Stripe – both established online trading systems – for card transactions. When you enter the payment area, details of their security policy are displayed.
Poppy Jewellery takes every reasonable care to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date. Poppy Jewellery cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies however caused. The information is provided to you ‘as is’ without express or implied warranty. Poppy Jewellery reserves the right to remove or edit content from our website and/or to modify or withdraw products at anytime without notice.
Every care has been taken to display the colours of our jewellery collection accurately and we try to photograph in natural light. Colours may also vary depending on the configuration of your computer screen.
Duty and Tax
All items entering a foreign country may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.
